Nailing machine on alternating chariot for the production of 2 or 4  way pallets. This nailing machine equipped with single blocking system tweezers and equipped with either 1 or 2 nail distributors has been designed to nail both individually and simultaneously 26 nails. The boxes allow the operator to use any type of nail with a measure ranging between 30mm and 90mm. The adjustment of the nailing process as well as the operating cycle speed are automatically controlled by PLC  through a touch-screen control panel. The number of tweezers and the number of boxes to feed the nail is customizable. The nailing machine features all the protection and safety systems required by the applicable EC directives.

Built with a tabular steel structure, this nailing machine with belt comes with 7 molds which are  quick to disassemble and has high power to ensure a fast and precise process. The nailing machine has 26 nailing tweezers in galvanized steel with single pneumatic locking system. The number of tweezers can be customized to fit customer's requirements. All the operating sequences are automated and controlled by PLC. The nailing system features all the protections and safety systems required by the applicable EC Standards.

The cutting  machine has been designed taking into consideration weights and masses to cut and transfer. An oversized structured and advanced mechanics ensure fluid movements and working precision. Thanks to the special system we developed the packs are cut from the bottom upwards while the upper elements press the pack with discharge of sawdust and head trimming in sequence with cutting. In addition it is possible to work on packs of staved wood without any undesirable closing of cutting and consequent blocking of the blade. The system is fully controlled by  the PLC programmable logic in compliance with EC standards.

The cutting machine is designed to ensure high production and low working costs. The loading, moving and cutting system guarantee a high performance.
