An example is given by this machine, that tests load/stroke of clutch diaphragm springs, monitoring loads in characteristic points (peak, valley, clamp load) and elaborating data statistical analysis. Thanks to auto load correction, the number of rejected parts during production is greatly reduced.

The machine in the picture was developed to test control valves, paying special attention to compact design. The machine carries out the calibration of the part and then the complete test of its characteristics. To finish the process, a laser marker integrated into the machine marks data on the component.
