ARM Institute Member Annual Meeting 2025
🛠️ ARM Institute’s 2025 Annual Member Meeting will be held September 3–5 in Pittsburgh, bringing together a consortium of over 450 member organizations for three dynamic days of networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. This year marks the 9th edition of the exclusive members-only event.
Over 450 members of the ARM Institute's membership will be present at this year's event, representing organizations from industry, academia, and government, including start-ups, community colleges, universities, manufacturers of all sizes, defense suppliers, and robotics manufacturers. The annual conference brings together a diverse consortium of national experts in robotics and workforce development, focused on strengthening the U.S. manufacturing through collaboration and innovation in robotics, AI, and workforce training.
The program’s tracks will spotlight cutting-edge developments in both technology and workforce education. The Technology Track includes overviews of new project calls like AI-FORM and Core-funded initiatives, updates from the AI Data Foundry, and briefs on advanced projects such as AEGIS and Deep In-Hole Scanning. The Education & Workforce Development (EWD) Track features an interactive session on competency frameworks, a keynote by Brad Conrad (NIST), and discussions on EWAC priorities and AI’s impact on manufacturing. Afternoon sessions dive deeper: the Technology Track presents briefs on 24-01 Core-funded projects like FRAME and TPC Welding, plus a tech transition activity. Meanwhile, the EWD Track showcases AR/VR learning demos, data insights from RoboticsCareer.org, and panels on teaching AI and robotics skills, culminating in a keynote on robotics industry trends by Alex Shikany of A3. Networking opportunities are woven throughout to foster collaboration.
