TechTextile North America 2014
The Atlanta Office of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), (Booth #1835) in collaboration with the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers ACIMIT, will be hosting an Italian Pavilion and designated Meeting Point for 13 Italian machinery manufacturers at the 2014 TechTextile North America exhibition. This year’s exhibition will be held in Atlanta, Georgia from 13 to 15 May. As the only trade show in the Americas dedicated to technical textiles and machinery, TechTextile North America provides an excellent opportunity for Italian companies to showcase their most updated and innovative technology to potential US customers.

About the Italian Textile Machinery Industry
In Italy, approximately 300 companies produce textile machines and related accessories, with a total of 11,400 employees generating production valued at 2.3 Billion EUR. Maintaining a legacy of skilled machine construction, ingenuity, and sustainable technology; these specialized small to medium sized enterprises have established themselves as industry leaders in the global market. In 2013 exports of textile machinery to the United States equated to 72 million EUR; a steady increase of 4% from the previous year. About TechTextile North America 2014
The eleventh edition of North America’s only dedicated show for technical textiles and nonwovens will be held May 13 - 15, 2014 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA. Techtextil North America assembles all vertical aspects of the technical textile industry. From research and development, through raw materials and production processes and finally ending in conversion, further treatment and recycling. Held in conjunction with the exhibit hall, is the Techtextil North America Symposium which will address market developments, technological information, new technical processes and products, as well as international industry trends
