Machines Italia, in cooperation with LUCCA PROMOS, the Chamber of Commerce of Lucca, invite you on a trip to Italy to attend the 2012 edition of the MIAC, the world most prominent trade show for paper processing and converting and technology, that will be held in Lucca, (Tuscany), Italy from October 10th through the 11th, 2012.

The trip will also include company visits to Italian machinery and equipment manufacturers tailored according to your company’s interests by Lucca Promos.
The trip is scheduled as follows:
Saturday, October 6, 2012 - departure from Canada/USA
Sunday, October 7, 2012 - Arrival in Italy (morning/afternoon) in either Pisa or Florence, transfer to Lucca
Monday, October 8, 2012 - Meet with Italian manufacturers of paper and converting machinery
Tuesday, October 9, 2012 - Company visits in Lucca
Wednesday, October 10–Thursday, October11, 2010 visit to MIAC trade show
Friday, October 12, 2012 Departure from Italy and arrival in Canada/USA
The following travel expenses will be covered by Lucca Promos, the organizers:
- Airfare (return, economy)
- Hotel (check-in: October 7, 2012and check-out: October 12, 2012, 5 nights)
- Meals in Italy: breakfasts, lunches, dinners
- Ground transportations in Italy (to/from airport, hotel/trade show, factory visits and meetings)
- VIPs pass for the trade show
