Ultrasonic cutting systems can operate on round, square, rectangular or continuous row products. High cutting quality, hygiene and high flexibility due to the use of robots are the key features.

Abrigo's packaging plants are based on two basic principles: Robovision, in which robots guided by machine vision systems handle incoming products in bulk, either to place them inside secondary packaging or feed them to first wrapping machines; and Modular Robotic System, in which modular robotic cells, each equipped with a 2- or 3-axis arm, make up secondary packaging plants complete with forming, filling and closing of packages.

In the specific area of baked goods, partnerships with companies specializing in the process have enabled the creation of complete plants for cupcakes and similar products, ranging from dough to final packaging, including automation of all intermediate stages.
