Fabtech Expo, the yearly event, organized by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, to be held in Chicago from Sept. 13-16, is considered one of the world's most important events on advanced metalworking technologies.
For companies operating in the industrial machinery sector, from Italy and beyond, it constitutes an important showcase outside Europe. The 2021 edition will be attended by about 1,100 exhibitors , covering an area of 65,000 square meters. An influx of more than 35 thousand visitors is expected over the four days of the exhibition.

The 2019 edition of Fabtech, held in Chicago, had seen the participation of more than 1,700 exhibitors from 30 countries and a total of 48 thousand visitors. About 50 Italian companies including 10 directly from Italy and the others through American subsidiaries at the event.
