A unique setting within Marmomacc 2015 with a strong visual and communicative impact that showcases high-level experiments in marble, granite and natural stone combined with the machinery and technologies that enable their creation.
  • Incoming foreign operators chain technology and stone product
Two maxi delegations for a total of 200 foreign operators divided by product interest into two large groups belonging to the Consumer Goods and Technology sectors. The operators, selected by the ICE foreign network offices, are identified from among buyers, importers, stonemasons, planners, architects and designers. During their stay in Verona, the foreign operators will be guided by professional lecturers assisted by support staff through a program of high-professional training on natural stone quarrying and processing technologies and on the lithological and stereometric diversities of the materials now produced, processed and marketed by Italian companies. About forty operators were invited from North America, including about 20 working in the field of machinery and technology for processing marble and other stone materials.
  • Italian Stone Summit
As part of the project, a major international summit of world marble associations will be organized in Verona during the period of the fair, where some 100 delegates from foreign associations particularly representative of the sector are invited. To ensure adequate media coverage of the event, an international delegation of about fifty journalists will also be involved.
