Last May, a crew from Discovery Channel Canada toured Italy to film stories on Italian advanced technology excellence. The project is part of a collaboration between the network and Machines Italia, Canada. Discovery Channel Canada stopped in Genova, Milano, Vicenza, Bologna, Modena and Roma. 

The stories are being edited into segments that will be launched via a social media campaign across the various network outlets and will be streamable on a special Machines Italia section located on the channel’s website, starting from September 2019.

The featured stories include; Dainese, Italian Institute of Technology, Lamborghini, Marposs and others.
