With and exhibition area of 110 thousand square meters, stretching across 16t halls, and 144 thousand visitors, SIGEP is arguably the world´s most important trade show in the artisan gelato industry, as well as a primary European showcase for artisan confectionery and bakery technology.

The 35th edition of SIGEP will take place in Rimini from January 18 to 22 and will showcase all the very latest in raw materials, basic products, plant, machinery, furnishing and fittings for the artisan gelato, bakery and confectionery industry.  The event’s program will include: thematic sections, international contests and championships, demos, courses and seminars.
