Salice announced that Luca Bovalino has been named General Manager for its operations in America and Canada.

With a professional career spanning 25 years, Luca brings extensive leadership experience across various industries, including automotive and vehicular access control. Throughout his career, he has held several key management roles, driving strategic initiatives and delivering strong sales performance.

Luca’s leadership approach emphasizes fostering team unity and collaboration, closely aligned with the broader corporate objectives of the Salice Group.

He began his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) as a Senior Consultant between 2000 and 2004, where he focused on business process re-engineering for leading multinational corporations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. His expertise includes improving efficiency and productivity in key business areas such as logistics, production, finance, and sales.

Luca holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin, Italy.
